This is the only board I have ridden so take my review with a grain of salt... But, I love this board. My friend suggested it as a first board because it had good flex and snap. And I wasn't dissappointed. This board has seen me grow from a beginner who caught edges on the way off the ski lift to an all out big air junkie! It can hold an edge very well leading to some killer high speed carves on smooth groomed runs and also great confidence on steep icy runs. But it can also soak up and flex over dips and bumps with ease. This makes it great for zipping around in the trees and for landing those big air jumps without giving yourself shin splints! Not only is it light, but for some reason my particular board seems to be incredibly fast. I don't weight that much but I am consistently faster than my buddies on Burton supermodels and Libtechs. I don't wax it very often either (maybe once per 20 rides). I can't really explain it. But it's great! I have size 12 feet and ride this board with my back foot at 0 degrees and front at 15 degrees. I rarely have a problem with boot overhang from this wide model. I use Technine bindings and Rosignol Flex 4 boots with molded liners. Both of these have a bit of flex in them. So if I had better boots and bindings, the board might even be a 10!
