This is a great beginner's board with easy mid-flex and stiffer tip and tail. But, once I developed more confidence in my riding, I found the board to lack pop. At modest speed the flex is too wimpy and the board washes out in the back. On the other hand, it is super light making jumps and tricks easier. The price for this board is great for what you get as long as you're just learning. This would not be a good choice for an intermediate (or better) rider or someone changing from a stiff board. When you're on the mountain - go All Out!
