im not sure how it compares to other boards because this is my only one but it seems to be ok. it does not have very much flex. it turns and carves pretty good. it is also light.it has good pop for ollies and nollies, because of not very much flex its hard to manuel and nose and tail press. overal its preety good. get it it is cheap and good for a begginer
