Very nice board for the price. It is a starter board from Palmer and it was very stiff for a new rider. I learned on really flexible board that a friend of mine had let me borrow for a season. Stiff translated into very fast for me! Once I learned how to control the board, it carves really nice in all conditions. It can really handle the slop and here in Washington that is what we have most of the time. It has sustained some big hits with boulders with very minute damage to the P-tex and edge. The top sheet got really sliced up from riding with skiers on the lift in Tahoe. It is fairly heavy and stiff, but I love it.
