This board is BUTTA! The board for one is very light.(2.6Lbs.)Second of all it is good on speed, also on carving the mountain on the way down with that speed. It has an easy-moderate flex. The flex it has though does give you good respone to jumps. The board also has a carbon fiber V in the nose for good board respone in maneuverablity. A "con" though is in powder it can sink a little, BUT also its not a super wide board. Even though it is light, for that you may sacrife how long the life of the board is. On the other hand, I've had mine for a year and it still looks like NEW. I wouldn't recommend it for back-country, and its an intermidiate-pro board. On a scale of 1-10 I give it a 8!
