To follow in the words of everyone trying to justify their board choice: "this board truly does rock!!" Compare this board to it's more recent reincarnations, and you won't find much to poke a stick at. The Storm is a very able board, flexible in its applications and can go just about anywhere. Ice, powder, slush, mush, tight turns through the trees and rocky terrain - you won't have a problem (believe me, I've ridden this board pretty hard and it refuses to break!). Some people may find it a tad bit stiff, and it takes some getting used to first off, but once you do, there'll be little to complain about. It carves really nice on the wide open runs, providing great stability at speed, and confidence to take your turns. Through the trees and on steep terrain, the rails grip exceptionally well (ice and powder alike) and provide good directional movement on both sides. Probably a bit long to qualify as a trick board, but it lands the kicks quite nicely too. What can I say? A board that laps it all up in its stride. The only limitations are where you point it....
