This board was the 2nd board i had ever been on, and considering the width of it,i thought it did pretty well. She was a slow turner so you had to really hook in to get that arse around and to do slashes on the lip.The flex was medium but is was a rental so it may have had some of ridgity flogged out of it.the Broadline is a fairly heafty build (not unlike myself) and was a fair old weight when i first strapped in.I guess you are bound to get some extra weight with the waist being 8-10mm wide hence the model name. The graphics were fairly plain being a Plain Red with HAMMER and length of the board written in black near the binding inserts. The base was extruded and clear with the Indian head in white. The side cut was 8-9m single cut radius giving it heaps of straight line stability. I got use to the Broadline but i would recomend the novice like i was then ,get something a bit easier to turn, but after saying that i like to take it away in some powder and see how she handles that,Overall one Gnarly Plank.
