The Pulp 159 was my first board. After spending a season on arental board anything with wax would seem good. I have size10 feet so this wasnt really the right board for me. However Iused it for a season and only really had problems with my feetwhen carving. As a beginners board it was quite forgiving andeasy to ride in powder and Ice. The board moved quickly from edge to edge and was good in the air. Basically if your have feet smaller than size ten and a budget of under £200 you can'tgo far wrong with this board as a first buy.
