In searching for a solid, well-performing women's board to replace my old 1996 Ride, I demo'ed this board a few weeks ago and was very impressed. I would recommend it for a fairly aggressive female rider who enjoys a fast, lively board. It's got great stability at high speeds, good edge-to-edge responsiveness for powder, and lots of pop for the park. The stability in particular is amazing considering it's fairly light. The only drawback is that since it's designed for an aggressive ride, you might have a difficult time if you are not totally confident in your turns. Also, the price is way steep- $560??? If it goes on sale, however, I'm buying it. I've also demoed the Feelgood (too soft), the Face (bad edge response), Salomon Ivy (not bad but could be livelier), and the Nicola Thost (closest contender; loved it but it's a bit *too* stiff and narrow for my taste). Happy riding, ladies!
