Bought this to replace my 4 year old Rossignol Levitation. Has just the right flex for a freeride board with very snappy tip and tail. Handles beautifully - especially, like all freeride boards, when you step on the gas. the most impressive feature is it's stability. My old Rossi used to chatter at high speed and twitch a little on fast carving. This just doesn't - at all. Incredibly stable board. the gallium sintered base is super quick and keeps going on the flats so you can whiz past everyone when the start paddling. Powder riding is good but my Rossi was a wicked powder board so I didn't notice a major improvement over it. I use Flow FS Pro bindings. Oh yes, and the graphics on the 161 are smokin.
