The Lamar Power Wide 167 is a decent board. It works well in all conditions, especially chopped up snow and powder, although it holds its own on ice too. Not a particularly fast carving board, but its is very quick and responsive. I love riding it in glades, although would like a faster board for carving in groomed corduroy. The top sheet is crap and is beginning to delaminate and crack, but I only paid $319 for it including Limited boots and Lamar bindings and a board bag from Snowboardsandmore.com so I am happy with my purchase. I will probably buy a new deck next year and keep the Power Wide for backcountry and glades. It is wide enough for my size 13 boots too.
