In a "nut-shell" ... fast, solid ride! If your looking for a great freeride board ... look no further. Its the perfect weapon to attack any and all mountain terrains. The light weight and stiff flex allow you to barrel through any kind of snow and won't skip a beat when carving. You can fly down the mountain as fast as you want, and the sucker just sticks! The hardest part is putting faith in the board, but once you do, it won't let you down. Real nice edge-to-edge response ... especially through moguls ... didn't expect that with a 165 cm. The board is made for the mountain, wouldn't think about taking it into the pipe. If you're looking for a halfpipe board, this isn't for you. Also, due to its size and stiffness, you better stick your landings like an olympic gymnast; very unforgiving if you land "a little off". It's also slightly harder to spin compared to smaller freestyle boards (also due to my Burton C14 bindings, as well), but definitely doable! The construction is super solid ... nice edges and glossy top sheet. When you tap on the board, feels like you're tapping on glass. Couple nicks and dings after the first day out, but that will happen with any board if you ride it aggressively. No worries though, Nitro is one of the only companies that backs its boards with a two year warranty. Not too crazy about the "Night Hunter" graphics, but then again, I buy for performance. If your looking for awesome graphics, buy a Sony Play Station and sit at home!
