first of all, I am very much a novice at this sport - my first season. But I decided after renting that I wanted to learn on my own equipment. I found the Oxygen Element online for $139. Read a few reviews, decided to give it a try. I rode it three days in Holiday Valley with 60^ temps ... lots of exposed ice and slush. The board held up great physically and got me down the mountain pretty well. I can't really embelish a lot on the boards ability, but it was solid, held up well, and survived a lot of falls in icy conditions. So far, so good.
