sup dawgs, I just wanted to throw down my opinion on the new sh*t Devun Walsh 161 by Forum Snowboards...
now made in Forums new factory, this board is stiffer, lighter, more durable, and feels buttery for those big powder landings up in the whistler backcountry that I ride almost everyday.
I am 5'8" and weigh 150lbs. and I choose the 161 for stomping all those soft landings every time, this board is light so it doesn't change my spin speed to much, it actually feels great cause I feel good throwing myself off those huge drops and big gaps into powder cause the extra length of the board. This season I noticed the board was a little stiffer between the bindings, but I like it cause its very stable on landings... I guess cause the weight range is 155-215lbs. the board feels stiff, but if you think about it, in powder stiff is good so the board doesnt flex out and toss your nose under causeing hurtfull pain of bailing. This board has MAD pop, and feels super buttery which I love for hitting big jumps, I would suggest this board to any interested in hitting big jumps and powder that wants more stable landings, and a smooth style in thier spins. plus you cant go wrong with a red topsheet and black base!!! 4 all those F hatas, go ride and shut it, cause people who ride forum boards usually couldn't give a f**k about your opinion.
