ok last summer i earned lots of extra money so i decided to by the total custom board. i went to custom craft snowboards because they were rated good by snwoboard magazine. i tried to order my board on their website many times but the website didnt work. i tried calling them i had to call about 5 times to get someone to pick up i ordered my board and they said that it would take about 4 weeks so in 4 weeks i didnt see my board i called them and they hadent started yet they said my board was so long they didnt have enough suplies. i called every week and they had a different excuse for me it took them 5 munths for them to get my board to me. when i got the board i rode it for 2 days in a row and the edge delaminated so i sent them the pics of the board and they said they would send a new one in 4 weeks and take 20% off. in 4 weeks they said they were 2 days from sending it after another week i called again and they said they hadnt started the board yet and it took them about 3 munths to get me that board and i still havent gotten the 20% rebate yet.
