I just upgraded my 02' Custom 160 for the new 03' 162.. WOW!! This board is awesome in POW or hard packed northeast conditions. The board was a bit stiff for the first couple of days, but is now softening just a bit and is very stable and a bit forgiving. Top Sheet is A+. They revamped last years and I think it will hold up alot better in regards to chipping. The halogram inlaid in the board is well done. Would I buy it again... YES!! P.S. If you decide to get on one of these.. give yourself a day to get accustomed to the responsiveness.. Once you and the board 'click', you'll be rippen up the hills! Also, before considering an alternate board, remember that BURTON stands behind their boards with a great warranty. Enjoy.. Jeff in CT
