WOW. This board NICE. Today was my first run of the season and I am very glad I bought this board. At first, I definately felt the effect of stiffness of the board. I even thought it was too stiff for myself. But as I got used to the board, it just amazed me more and more. It holds edge very well.. even on ice. It just keeps holding onto the edge until I am ready to let go. I can really trust this board. Also, last year, I rode Sims and compared to it, it's stable as rock when going FAST. It also gives you the feeling of "you are in control". At no point did I feel out of control going down the slope with speed. Another thing is that because of its narrow waist, transition from edge to edge was quick. I was deciding if I should buy Nitro Shogun or this board. I have to say, Nitro Shogun is definately lighter and stiffer and has way more camber, but for now I think I made the right decision buying Palmer. I think Shogun might have been a little bit too stiff for me. Maybe next year I will try it. Palmer is worth its money and definately recommend it to everyone who likes to carve and ride fast.
