I am a novice rider (began boarding this year)that had ridden once on an undersized rental board before purchasing this board. I don't have enough experience to compare how this board performs versus many other boards on the market, but I can tell you that I am extremely happy with it. It's a very,very stiff board which suits my physical dimensions and riding style. It carves extremely well and appears to be perfectly balanced. Not only is it an exceptional board to ride, the art is fantastic. For large boarders, I can guarantee that you will be more than satisfied with this board.
