I only had this board for 2 weeks, so that may sound to U like 2 lil. How ever...This is my first board and after only 5 hours with it (never riden b4)i managed to ride down a blue trail and no falling! (Even I still don't believe it) It helps having sk8boarded for 12 years...But with no teacher, the board has to do a lot with Ur performance. The whole magic started when my bindings were adjusted to make the boot lean forward...The precise turns, the controlled carving... About the weight I cannot say cause I havn't felt any other board but its 4 sure able to get U boost some air. The flexibility is good, makes it very responsive. The bad points: -The mettallic trim over the board is not continious, has cuts in both ends...I dont like that. -Lil Unstable at intermediate speeds (its somekind of a sonic boom effect?) -Scratches easy on top of the board. Will be adding more after more Xperience with it. So far its been awesome...I like the board and do not regret buying it (If it helps with someting, I have Burton Freestyle Bindings and Burton Ruler boots ...by the way...nothing to complain about them) Any questions or guidelines to help me grade better the board, please feel free to email me
