There is only one word to describe this board - FAST. First time out two weeks ago, skier friend (yes there are a few skiers left out there) on 195s could not keep up on the groomers. And my board's only a 158! Very stable at speed, in air and on landings. Stiff and damp, very much a freeride vs. freestyle board. Better for the 80/20 mountain/park-pipe set. Holds its edge very well in any situation. Don't worry about scratching wood topsheet, it's repairable and pretty tough to begin with. Base is sintered graphite and very durable, took a couple stump/rock shots & no significant damage. I would recommend this board to any all-mountain boarder.
