This is the first board I've bought, so I've only been riding on rubbish hire boards previous to riding the sansalone. This is a medium to stiff flex board which comes in many sizes and widths. I was thorouhly impressed with this board, the edge hold is superb for carving turns and it is extremely quick. The board gives excellent pop off jumps and is great fun to ride on powder. The only problem I have so far found is that it chips very easily. I found it easy to ride after a while of getting used to it, and now find it great fun to ride.
