I had demoed a lot of boards including burton's, k2's, santa cruz, forums, and m3's, but the palmer is what put all the others to shame. It's holds an edge like no other board ive ever ridden (including my friends $600 m3) and has a nice narrow design which makes for great handling. Bigfooted riders like me (14's) don't worry, just buy a powerlink system, and you wont be stuck with a crappy wideboard. If you don't have big feet get one anyway (if you have drag). Anyway, this board still has plenty of flex for freestyle and halfpipe. You have to have the carving confidence at high speed to get the maximum use out of this board but if you don't it still works great. It's got the signature fast palmer base and honeycomb in the tip and tail giving the board effortless swingweight (doing 720's etc.) This board is an all around perfect board (great paint job too)and will tak eyou easily from beginner-intermediate to advanced. Get this board!!!
