Saved a bit by buying last year's board. Road it for the first time in Vermont. A powder board but is very good on groomed and choppy runs. Turns well with the progressive cuts, and is very light for its weight. No problems carving on the harder stuff. In shallow powder it glides beautifully and it must be even better in the real deep. Only con is that the base is a little soft, next time I will try to avoid rocks instead of using them as kickers.
