This board can do it all. You can take the Altered Genetics all over the mountain including the park and pipe. Smooth on rails and gets great air off jumps. Its lightweight and has a ton of pop in it. The board has medium flex, it carves and turns very well. This board rides extremely fast and can rip down the mountain like no other board. It also gets the job done in deep powder with its large nose. You do need to wax the base up a lot though i've noticed or it can get a bit sluggish after a while. The board has sick graphics and you can see through it at the wood core. It is defientely not a cheap board with a price tag of up to $500. Luckily I got a deal on it and bought it for only $400. Of all the boards I have ridden this is by far the greatest board I have ever been on and I plan to use it for a long time.
