I bought this board as my first. I wanted something a little wider than most. I had heard a little bit larger board was easyer to learn on.My shoesize is 11. I guess it worked. I loved this board. I Learned so fast, my friends where amazed. It seemed to have a nice flex to it, I could do some nice jumps and land them with ease. I was very fast too. It seemed to keep picking up speed. On the downside, it seemed to be a little to big to control in the Halfpipe. I guess that was the only thing I noticed that I didnt like, but this particular board was not made for that. Overall this is the best board to learn on if you are around my size. I also used the Highback clicker bindeings, which worked great.
