This board is a nice beginners board. Light in weight. For it's price I definately think it's worth it. Liquid is just a branch off of ride boards so you know they can make boards. I want to upgrade my board, but I am very happy with this board right now. Definatly recomended for a beginner just looking for a good board to ride. I gave it a 7 rating only cause there are lots of better boards out there, that's why I stress this is a good BEGINNERS board. My board is either a 2000 or 2001 not sure.
