i've been riding an old school 96 k2 zeppelin for years and decided that i needed a new board this season, just because the tahoe resorts aren't keen on big crazy parks. i bought it as a second board for those famous kirkwood powder days and it's been satisfactory. the board cruises powder well, and holds edges fairly well--it's just that it's kind of heavy and a little too stiff for my liking. in the park i find it pretty useless, so if you got one or gonna get one, stick to the freeride applications. the board pulverizes chunk well too, so it's another reason to take it up on one of those snowy powdery days when there aren't any trax to fresh naw mean?
