This is an awesome board. It's my first board and I couldn't be happier. Once I got used to how the board handles I've been tearing up the mountain. The flex is good, not sure how it compares to other boards. Carves great goin down the hill. My friend got a Nidecker Axis board and his board carves nowhere near as well as this one. The one thing that has suprised me about this board is the amount of pop it has. The base is durable also. No gauges like my friends board. I have no complaints so far, but really can't compare to anything because the only other boards I've ridden are rentals and they blew.
