I think this is a fantastic board. I have ridden a couple of others and this is a very smooth ride. I felt like I was riding a cloud. It has just the right amount of spring/flex in the board. It is very responsive to my moves. Edge to edge transition is very smooth as well as turns. It also feels light compared to the last I have ridden. It has a solid wood core, silicon jacket, sharp edges. Cuts through powder like a hot knife in butter. Easily cuts through icy conditions as well. Was very suprised as this was the first year Head branched out into snowboards.
