this is definitely one of the best boards that i have ever ridden. when i first bought it i was sceptical about having a board with such a progressive sidecut and such a steep nose and tail, but it handles really well in most terrain found on the left coast; deep pow, steeps, ice, park, etc. due to the plastic core in the nose and tail they are alot more stiff than the rest of the contact length (composed of a ribtech wood/air core.)this equals great handling when boardsliding. as for everything else, i have never had this board slip out on ice, and the ppfte base is super fast. the ribtech core has a hell of a lot of pop, and the progressive cut helps you spin a lot faster. the plastic cored nose and tail means that if you hit a tree and crack the nose, just the broken peice off with a jigsaw and sand the edge down, then you board is as good as new. this board is great.
