This is a very well made board. Ride's construction process is very good. The base is hard-I've run over a ton of stuff and the scratches are all shallow. It's also a really light board. It's intended as boards for smaller riders who want longer boards. This is probably the reason for the width of the board. Its around 24cm at the waist making the edge to edge quick. My only problem with it after riding it for a year is the stiffness of the board. It is really stiff, easily the stiffest board Ive ever ridden. This is nice because it gives a lot of power through turns and on smooth runs, it is stable and fast. Riding through crud and bumps, it is not very forgiving since its harder to push around.
