Got the wide because of size 13 feet. I was told that wide boards are more difficult to move from edge to edge, not so with this one. This thing floats on pow better then any board I've ridden. (Yes, I've ridden a few boards in my two seasons.) If carvin' up the groomers is your idea of bliss, then you will be blissfully happy with this board. This board will move you down the mountain at a high rate of speed and be very stable doing it. I highly recommend this board to anyone over 6' tall and weighing in at more then 200lbs.
