I started snowboarding last year and rented all season. Had a few Burton and Oxygen boards and I enjoy this board just as much. I bought it based on others reviews saying it is an excellent beginner/intermediate board and I completely agree. I bought bindings and boots on clearance at the end of last year and only have $165 tied into all my snowboarding equipment. A really nice way to start a great sport.
